At Taylor Lewis we’ve discovered that infusing the playful spirit of “It’s a Knockout” with partners in the build environment, not only strengthens our connections but also injects a massive dose of fun into the work culture.

For the second year running at the beautiful Winslade Park, 36 teams took part tackling inflatable obstacle courses, dressing up in hilarious costumes, and participated in some fun, crazy challenges, all creating unforgettable memories and bonds that last beyond the workplace, and transforming a regular office day into an extraordinary colleague adventure!

The glorious September weather allowed for a memorable day for all who took part. Well done to all the teams from across the region who shared in the wacky, entertaining games and we look forward to doing it all again next year. Who says team building has to be dull and conventional?

With Coastline Housing raising the trophy, GE Consulting a close second followed by Classic Builders in third position. 

We are delighted for one of our TL team ‘H’ who has passed her Level 5 DMA (Data & Marketing Association) UK Digital Marketing Strategy Skills Bootcamp and gained the IDM Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy.
Studying one day per week for 11 weeks, H has learnt new techniques in 17 different areas of digital marketing, including data analysis, Google Analytics, and leadership ending the course with a pitch to the Pets at Home Management Team and final exam.

The Offsite Construction Awards cover aspects of the industry from hybrid and modular technology to engineering and installation, ensuring that all aspects of the offsite building process is celebrated – recognising the design and technology that makes inspiring projects possible.
