What We Do

Few recognise the challenges that the country faces in meeting the net zero commitment by 2050. We have worked on a number of retrofit schemes including the early Energiesprong pilot projects. To bolster our experience with industry leading qualifications,

Martin Hobbs is our lead Retrofit Coordinator, overseeing the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of energy efficiency measures within domestic properties in accordance with PAS 2035. He will manage all our retrofit projects from inception to implementation. Alongside him 2 of our senior team are currently studying at the National Retrofit Academy to be Level 5 accredited Retrofit Coordinators.

What we do

Sustainability Advice

Taylor Lewis has experience in working on a range of sustainable projects including housing schemes at the now obsolete Code for Sustainable Homes Levels including 3, 4 and the challenging Level 5. We have worked on sustainable projects that have been constructed to PassivHaus principles and AECB standards and have carried out detailed costing work to establish the most cost effective sustainable construction methods.

What we do

Funding Monitoring

Our expert team of Monitoring Surveyors protect the interests of those parties who have a financial interest in a construction project but who have no direct involvement in the build process.

We utilize our wide range of knowledge and experience of building surveying, construction project management and cost management by undertaking a range of activities, inspections and compilation of reports that reduce the short term financial risk and seek to ensure the long term benefit of the completed asset.
