In the first week of January our awesome duo Jules and H, along with an incredible 99 volunteers with 57 vans came together to collect and recycle 2,165 Christmas trees across Exeter and East Devon for the wonderful Hospiscare.

This simply wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic backing of their drop-off sites, suppliers and chipping partners.

Thanks to everyone’s hard work and the generosity of those who registered their trees for recycling, Hospiscare have raised an amazing £49,700 (and counting). This could fund 1,029 nurse home visits, helping deliver compassionate care and support to patients and their families when they need it most.

A remarkable achievement that continues to make a real difference across our community. 🌲
