The scheme borders a Heritage Railway line. There are two attenuation basins on site. The scheme includes a cycle lane adopted under the
Section 38. The cycle lane is bridged (adopted bridge) over a watercourse in part. Section 278 works were involved.
Taylor Lewis assisted with the delivery of a total of 45 units which were made up of 37 Affordable Rent and 8 Shared Ownership properties.
The scheme was delivered to a very high standard nearly a year ahead of Contract Completion.
