Sutton Benger is a small, rural village in the North of Wiltshire, located close to Chippenham with access to the M4. Acting on behalf of Stonewater to deliver 10 units all for Affordable Rent. The new scheme “Sutton gardens” is an extension of a previously built affordable scheme called “The Sharplands”. The scheme was specified with a PV system and Air Source Heat Pumps, these sustainable homes will serve the tenants well into the future.
