With its beautiful working harbour and lively local community, Porthleven attracts tourists and investors for its friendly atmosphere, range of harbour side eateries and beautiful beach.

Acting for the Developer, Jackamax, Taylor Lewis Project Managed the delivery of 47 units on a spectacular green field site within the village. The scheme included a sustainable community of 20 open market units as well as 27 affordable rent and shared ownership houses for Coastline Housing.

All occupiers needed to demonstrate a strong local connection to the village under a Section 106 Agreement negotiated with Cornwall Council. These new homes helped to address the shortage of housing in Porthleven and allowed a number of families to return to the area.
