Case Study
Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) have embarked on an ambitious 10 year programme for the regeneration of the North Prospect estate in Plymouth delivering 1,107 new mixed tenure homes. This project will see a net increase of 395 homes and will increase housing densities from 30 dwellings per hectare to 50 dwellings.
Taylor Lewis is appointed for phases 2-5 and between 2014 and 2022 will assist PCH to deliver the much needed regeneration of the area.
Working collaboratively with the Client, their Developer Partner and Plymouth City Council, Taylor Lewis are working to produce a cost effective scheme that will improve pedestrian links through the estate, enhance public open space and deliver a sustainable community for the local residents.
