Case Study
North Devon Homes have undertaken a strategic regeneration of 3 estates in North Devon. The existing 227 homes, which were post war Precast Reinforced Concrete (PRC), had exceeded their design life and were no longer fit for purpose.
This ambitious programme replaced the existing properties on the Forches, Woodville and Pill Garden Estates with 335 new build homes constructed to Code Level 3.
The schemes have vastly improved the living standards for many families with the designs carefully balancing a range of tenures to provide sustainable communities of high quality homes for rent, outright sale and shared ownership.
