Acting on behalf of Pobl Group, Taylor Lewis assisted with the delivery of a total of 17 affordable homes on Emlyn Street/Lower Dock Street, Newport. The site had been derelict for 30 years. Working as employers agent and in partnership with P & P Builders, Le Trucco Design Ltd, Total CDM Solutions Ltd, Blackburn Griffiths Limited and LRM.
