Matt is a qualified residential Surveyor and has been instrumental in developing the Taylor Lewis inspection methodology since the program’s inception in 2018. Matt is responsible for the management of the Building Safety Team’s day to day operations and keeps a close eye on the service levels, ensuring that work is allocated efficiently and timely whilst maximising available resources with internal processes being developed and following to deliver a consistent Client experience.

Matt represents Taylor Lewis in strategic meetings with housing
associations across the South and Central England. His presentations showcase the firm’s capabilities in fire safety, risk
assessment, and retrofit integration, helping to expand the company’s footprint and secure new opportunities.
