Martin has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Responsible for the overall performance of the practice in its dealings with Clients and Frameworks. Carries out support for individual surveyors on difficult issues and monitors workload across the business to ensure that there are always adequate resources in place and that appropriate service levels are maintained. He takes a lead on policy issues and liaison with Clients. Martin is heavily involved with the decarbonisation agenda
and assists his team to carry out a range of building and condition surveys, retrofit assessment including energy reporting. Martin and his Team are also working closely with local Future Skills colleges, starting an exciting new venture by delivering innovation through boot camps and lectures, and actively seeking the next generation of energy assessors. The Team are looking to support apprenticeships in the area, we are ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals ready to lead the future of sustainable construction.
