Guy has worked in construction for over 18 years, he is comfortable in leading negotiations between parties at Pre-Contract, Tender, Tender due diligence and analysis and Post Contract. He enjoys chairing this position and ensuring regulatory compliance is met throughout the construction process. Guy’s career started with a role as Design Coordinator for a large International Contractor and working on large scale commercial projects before he switched to the roles of Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent and where, for the last 11 years, he has worked predominantly on behalf of Housing Association and Social Housing providers for domestic and supported residential projects.
