Ant joined Taylor Lewis from Ocean Housing where he assisted with the delivery of Oceans development programmes and supported Ocean’s agents, professional advisors, internal design staff, partners and contractors in the timely delivery of new housing. At Taylor Lewis Ant further supports the existing team acting as the Employers Agent on typical Design & Build schemes including preparing cost estimates, assessing contractor’s application for payment, cost reporting, chairing meetings and liaising direct with the client. With Ant’s previous development experience he is able to offer additional skills when looking at land led schemes for our current list of retained clients.
